Megann Tefertiller, M.Ed

Megann Tefertiller is a compassionate and experienced therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. With over 12 years in the mental health field, Megann offers a grounded, thoughtful presence and a personalized approach to therapy that meets clients where they are.

Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and strengths-based interventions. Megann is especially skilled at helping adults manage emotional overwhelm, reconnect with themselves, and move through stuck points with clarity and purpose. Whether you’re facing burnout, grief, past trauma, or just feeling off course, Megann creates a safe space for reflection, healing, and meaningful change.

In addition to her work with adults, Megann continues to support children, teens, and families when appropriate. Her background includes extensive experience in school-based and community settings, equipping her to support parents as they navigate family dynamics and help children build emotional regulation skills.

Megann values authenticity, collaboration, and creativity in the therapeutic process. She understands that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all and welcomes opportunities to tailor sessions to each individual—sometimes incorporating elements of narrative and play, including storytelling or role-based exploration, when helpful.
