24 Hours’ Notice
We kindly request that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged. For appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $125 will be applied. Additionally, in the event of a no-show, a fee of $125 will be charged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs to the best of our abilities. However, please note that these policies are in place to ensure the efficient use of our counselors’ time and to offer availability to other clients in need of our services.
