I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of professional counseling experience, as well as 20 years of professional Health Advocacy experience within the medical and mental health setting.
After I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Family Relations and Child Development with an emphasis on Individuals, Family, and Community Services from Oklahoma State University, I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Oklahoma followed by my Clinical Social Work License.
With decades of experience and an unwavering passion to help clients, I specialize in stress management, anxiety, trauma, abuse, eating disorders, self- esteem, confidence, personal/professional motivation, and career difficulties. I believe individuals are the expert of their bodies, health, and minds. Through gentle and focused direction, I provide professional guidance to better navigate life’s difficult chapters while uncovering one’s unknown or forgotten strengths.
I currently provide both in-person and virtual services for individuals, as well as in-person sessions for couples.
