With extensive experience in both clinical and community settings, Traci Triplett is a dedicated therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. She specializes in trauma-informed care and uses evidence-based approaches to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders, and difficult life transitions.

Traci has worked with clients from adolescence through older adulthood, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Her diverse background includes providing care in community mental health, private practice, and public service, giving her a deep understanding of how personal, relational, and environmental factors shape mental health. Whether guiding an individual through recovery after trauma, helping a couple strengthen their relationship, or supporting someone through a major life change, Traci offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
