Clinical Focus & Passion Areas

Brooke works with a broad range of concerns, but she is especially passionate about supporting clients navigating:

  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Identity Development & Self-Discovery
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Religious Trauma & Spiritual Reconstruction
  • Holistic Lifestyle Change & Personal Growth

She is particularly skilled and experienced in working with:

  • Men seeking support with men’s issues (identity, emotional development, relational patterns)
  • LGBTQIA+ clients exploring identity and self-acceptance
  • Neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism, and others)

Brooke believes every person deserves a space where they can explore who they are without pressure, judgment, or expectations. Her goal is to help clients understand the connections between past experiences, present patterns, and future possibilities—so they can create change that genuinely resonates with their values.

Therapeutic Approach

Brooke’s overall approach focuses on self-awareness, embodiment, and meaningful change.

Her guiding philosophy:

People grow when they understand themselves—not just intellectually, but emotionally, physically, and relationally.

She helps clients explore:

  • How their history shapes their beliefs and behaviors
  • How emotions show up in their body
  • How protective patterns developed—and how to gently shift them
  • How to reconnect with the truest version of themselves

This work often leads to clarity, inner peace, stronger boundaries, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of identity.

EMDR & Trauma Work

Brooke is trained in EMDR and offers EMDR in-person and virtually, making trauma processing accessible and flexible for clients who prefer telehealth or blended care models.
