Cedar Tree Front Office

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you don’t have to go through it alone. Becca Rogers is a trauma-focused therapist who creates a safe, supportive space where clients can begin to heal, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity.

With over five years of experience working in the trauma field, Becca specializes in helping individuals who have experienced difficult or painful events — including sexual trauma, relational challenges, anxiety, emotional regulation struggles, and major life stressors. Nothing you bring to therapy will surprise or overwhelm her. Clients often share that they feel deeply understood, supported, and comfortable opening up — even about the hardest things.

Becca works primarily with teens (16+), young adults, and women, while also maintaining experience supporting children and families. She enjoys helping with both significant trauma and everyday life challenges, because both deserve care and attention.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to meet you where you are. She integrates trauma-informed care with body-based and evidence-based therapies to help clients build safety, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships with themselves and others.
