Dr. Sarah Linn is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while building resilience and long-term emotional well-being. She provides care in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported at every stage of their journey.
Dr. Linn specializes in trauma-informed care and utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies. She works collaboratively with clients to process past experiences, reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress, strengthen self-esteem, and develop practical tools for everyday life.
Her approach is holistic—recognizing the deep connection between mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual health. Dr. Linn creates individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and life circumstances, helping them move forward at a pace that feels both safe and empowering.
